SHIPPING POLICY
If you have selected Overnight or 2-Day service, your order will ship same day. All other orders will ship within 2-3 business days from receipt of order. Please read below for specific shipping policies by region.
UNITED STATES & PUERTO RICO
WallPops will ship your order within 2-3 business days from receipt of order via Federal Express Ground. If you have elected to have your order shipped via Federal Express Priority Overnight or Federal Express 2-Day, your order will ship same day (with the exception of Fatheads). For Federal Express Priority Overnight and Federal Express 2-Day shipments, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. This excludes drop ship items. All shipping charged are estimated; actual shipping charges may vary. Please note that Federal Express cannot ship to a PO Box.
CANADA
WallPops will ship your order in 2-3 business days from receipt of your order via Federal Express International Economy or Priority. Orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday. Orders shipping to Canada are subject to any and all Canadian brokerage fees and GST and PST charges that are applicable. If you prefer to order from your local WallPops retailer, please visit the "Find a Retailer" option on this web site for a full listing of WallPops retailers throughout Canada.
INTERNATIONAL
We are sorry, but at this point in time we are unable to process orders on-line for orders outside North America. WallPops does have a distribution and retailer network throughout the world. RETURN POLICY
WallPops will except returns on any and all unused merchandise, for any reason, within 45 days from your original purchase from our web site. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. WallPops will process a credit to your credit card less original shipping and handling charges, a 25% re-stocking fee, and return shipping charges. You must follow the WallPops return procedure below to receive a credit.
RETURN PROCEDURES
To request a return, please call WallPops at 800-366-1700 or e-mail us at wallpops@brewp.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to have the order number available for the customer service representative or state the order number in your e-mail. Once WallPops accepts your return request, you will be issued a return authorization number and a prepaid return label will be mailed to you. Please include in your return package, a copy of your original receipt with the return authorization number noted. If you choose not to wait for a prepaid return label, merchandise can be returned by any shipping method you choose to the address below.

When we have received your merchandise in unused condition, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Please note that WallPops will not accept any return without a valid return authorization number and all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping fee.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
WallPops will replace merchandise due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage or shipping error within 45 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the return process above to request replacement merchandise. There is no re-stocking fee for defective, damaged or shipping error merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived.
